Concept Design and Planning Approval
We will help you define your project goals and objectives, work with you to produce plans that meet your brief, and then prepare and submit all the necessary documents needed for planning approval.
Technical Design and Tendering
Once planning is approved, the proposal is refined and detailed drawings and structural calculations are produced to create a scheme that achieves compliance with The Building Regulations. We will also finalise the build specification and create a comprehensive tender package, making sure the prices received reflect all design choices.
Development Management
We are on hand to ensure every aspect of the development is delivered to our exacting standards.
From Acquisition, Pre-Construction, Construction and all the way through to Completion/Disposal, our team are here to ensure every quality aspect is signed off.
If you already have designs (outline or detailed), already completed and would like to use our Project Management services, then we would be more than obliged to carry out the development for you and deliver on your needs.
